Select the transportation service you require (choose the vehicle that better fits your needs the number of passengers and luggage. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info and 24hours before will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.

You will then meet your driver at the pick-up location, present your voucher and identify yourself with the driver. You will be assisted with your luggage and taken to the drop off point.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the start time.
