Good to know
The boarding pass will be delivered to the customer, it has to be printed. The customer has to be checking the email they used to make the reservation. No refund will be provided if the customer does not print the right boarding pass.
Activities have height and weight requirements. For Amphibious Vehicles, the minimum height is 1.10 m; for Rafts and Swimming in the Stalactite River it is 1 m; for Hamaquating it is a minimum of 1 m in height and a maximum of 136 kg in weight.
Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya will be included only if you add it at the time of your purchase.
Cancellations from 1 to 0 days before the original arrival date, or in case of no arrival, will not be refundable. Any change in the visit date may be subject to rate changes.
It is not possible to change the date on the same day of your visit.
